Sister societies

A sister society is a Colombian organization in a field of physical sciences, already established with its own legal status, that has signed an agreement with Acolfísica to maintain a successful relationship that helps fulfill the functions and objectives pursued by both scientific associations.

Main purposes of the agreement:

• To foster interdisciplinary collaboration among diverse areas of physical sciences.

• To promote the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and the development of scientific, technological, and educational applications in these areas.

• To carry out joint work, coordinating activities and avoiding duplication of effort.

• To share specialized knowledge and facilitate the exchange of ideas by bringing together members to address specific problems and opportunities within their respective fields.
